The seller was very prompt in issuing me a refund, without me asking, when I inquired whether the item shipped or not (I believe that the item did indeed ship but got lost in the postal system or was placed in the wrong mailbox - things that are beyond the seller's control). In addition to the refund, the seller was also generous in offering another item for free in lieu of the missing item.
