Im sorry you arent happy but we wrote in the description it may have been sprayed. We also wrote to look at all the photos so you can see (the fill line, its a clear bottle) how much was in the bottle AND we also took a picture on a scale with the weight showing so you could see by weight how much was in the refill. Im not sure what else we could have done to demonstrate. These refills are never filled all the way to the very top, thats why we weighed it for you so you could see the exact amount
