When I received the item and turned it on it began to hop up and down on the table. I took the item apart and had noticed most of the motor retainer stops cast into the frame of the unit we're sheared off and there was no metal inside the cabinet which indicates that basically it had already been inspected and the parts were taken out. As requested it was double boxed and packed with extreme care. Received multiple messages after he bought the shoe polisher but never contacted us with any issues. Didn’t give us a chance to correct it. After a month with his possession of the item and fully taking it apart he decided to leave negative feedback. It’s very unprofessional and unethical. Advising everyone to be extremely cautious doing business with this person
