Soon after inquiring about a razor that I ordered months ago but never received the seller promptly contacted me with apologies and assurances that the item had indeed been sent but that the USPS had lost it, which according to tracking was completely true. I was presented with various options including a full refund. I was impressed with both the timeliness and seriousness that the seller exhibited in attending to my problem. I am currently awaiting a newly shipped razor.
