    The motherboard arrived damaged and the seller did not want to make a refund. I do not recommend it and I lost money.

    This is incorrect. We offered a return but the customer has chosen not to return the item. We offer refunds if the item is returned. The item may have arrived damaged as it was shipped to a freight forward company then shipped over seas. We can not control how an item arrives past the US. All boards are tested and working properly before we ship. Do not state false facts.
