    After watching a review of this tester I decided to get one . It seems to be good quality This was a new item still in it's packaging.Because it detects both high and low voltage the need for 2 testers is no longer an issue and saves money. It's a great design and the flashlight is a bonus.I like Southwire tools myself and this is a great addition to my tool bag. Great for HVAC/R testing.
