    Poor Quality, New, Out of Round, Non Concentric, cheap priced, stamped steel pulley. This one was my fault-buying cheap. I should have and did after, opt for a cast aluminum pulley. I noticed the quality lacking when I looked at it when removed from pkg. but though I could make due by machining the inside diameter to compensate for the outside. Nope-Junk-in the Trash now. Buy Nice-or Buy Twice!
