Item shipped SEVEN days after it was paid for. When I attempted to contact the seller, I was ignored and recieved no response. The item finally arrived almost two weeks after it was paid for. That’s very unprofessional.

Received headphones with ripped ear pad (that was not disclosed). Very much not an open box but very used. The app even showed it was paired to many devices so that was very dishonest. Buyer beware. I attached a pic to show what seller claimed was an open box.
