    These were packed well, but needed a full inspection, teardown, and put pack together. The boards were tightened unevenly and warped, and the heatsinks dont even touch the boards ram, so they run hot even in a server case going full blast. with front and rear exhaust. I dont think they are the correct ones, so I ordered Nvidia branded heatsinks. Even with all that, these things are pretty powerful for what they are.
