    Hi, I am sorry to hear that you were unhappy with our service, and disappointed in the condition, the comic was listed as Fair in the listing which we believe is an accurate description. The item was mailed by registered mail, hence the cost, this is our standard practice to ensure that the item is received safely and in a timely manner. Unfortunately, we are unable to control the length of time that the parcel takes to be delivered via Australia Post but I will lodge a complaint. regards, Rae
