All our records are pre-cleaned on Hannl Mera professsional cleaning machines, inserted in new anti-static sleeve for shipping, custom made mailers are used for packing and safe delivery.     Item wasn’t packaged quite tight enough (it was still packaged good). It caused the record to make a split seam in the top of the cover. Seller did send a partial refund. Communication was good

    Dear vinlisin-0, we did everything in our power to make it right. You did not want to return it for full refund including return shipping. You wanted huge refund and to keep the record, which we accepted. But it seems it wasn't enough? We ship sealed LPs very often and never any issues, packing them very safe, strong dedicated box, mailers, bubble wrap and as tight as possible, but even then post can mishandle/drop it and things happen. In the end we pay for it and still get such feedback.
