Purchased the purse as buy it now only to find out afterwards that the item had already been sold. Seller stated that a refund would be processed but after almost two weeks I hadn't received one and the seller had quit answering my messages. I contacted eBay for assistance, they opened a claim and the seller finally refunded the money.
