It took some time for the fitbit to arrive. The holder where you put the strap in was blue and the watch band was black. Little strange. It should have been black like the band. I had to contact seller to see when the fitbit was going to ship as I heard nothing from the seller.

The puzzle box is made of tin....it was put into an envelope mailer and suffered being dented en route....it can not be straightened out....the seller should have placed it into a box to protect it.
