    It came exactly as described, still in the plastic. It took a lot longer to arrive than expected, or even originally quoted, though I don’t know if it was all the post office’s issues or just delayed shipping by the seller. I can say that it is a good quality product and I do like how it looks, so no complaints there. I did not exchange any words with the seller so I cannot speak to how I felt the responsiveness or tone was.
