  USPS said seller did not pay postage on 6/18/2036 in Texas. USPS reported package did not have postage 6/24/2025 in Washington DC. I am in SC. Package sent to Washington DC hub due to lack of postage. 11 days from Texas to washing DC. Orders from Taxas have not taken more than 6 days. The last was a 3X4 radiator from Texas, Ordered Saturday. Package delivered following friday! This does not match what seller told me. He said postage paid. NO package and no refund. Seller blamed USPS for delay
