Had no objections purchasing a "used" hummingbird feeder; however, have never received one WITHOUT the necessary RUBBER GASKET which helps prevent nectar leakage from the screw-on base reservoir. Granted, gasket was not pictured in original ad but would not have purchased without one as it renders feeder unusable.
