Item took three weeks to be delivered. This probably not the shipper fault as the bounced from one postal delivery center to another. However the shipper did not send a tracking # for me to track. Item cost and shipping cost were very reasonable.

An email is automatically sent by eBay once the shipping label is purchased, plus we provided the tracking number again with all the updates to you once you notified us of the shipping delay. You could have also clicked on your purchase history & the tracking is provided there as well. This was clearly the fault of USPS as the item kept going back & forth for some reason to the same Postal centers. You are providing neutral feedback for us when it is the postal service fault. Sorry for the dalay
