    I understand that there will be some repairs to be made when purchasing a multi piece miniature, but better care in packaging would have made this a much more satisfying experience. The box was small with just some air bubble plastic loosely wrapped around the model. I expected a few minor repairs, but not the whole model in multiple pieces. The box wasn’t even marked as fragile.

    My apologies. I regularly ship models like that without issue. I unfortunately stopped marking boxes fragile after finding they were getting damaged more often then non marked boxes( I think people just want to shake things marked fragile). I will reach out to you privately for compensation.
