    I ordered a white JBL speaker after carefully choosing the color, but received a blue one instead. I asked the seller to send the correct color and I would return this one, but got no response. They only offered a refund, which means I have to wait again to reorder and receive it. The speaker itself is fine and matches the description (box was torn, as expected), but the seller showed no interest in fixing the mistake. Overall, a disappointing and frustrating experience.
