I believe one of my parts was received broken. The parts did not fit together. Even if I glued them, the model would have looked weird. But that may have been the print, not the sellers fault. I was so excited for a Claude model, but this was a total waste of money. The seller did have excellent packaging.

We do offer a 7 day from arrival free replacement parts on any missing or broken parts had you contacted us about it we would have worked with you to get things fixed up. We also have a 30 day return policy with a small restocking fee after shipment if you did not like the look of the model.
