  The tea pot is so beautiful but it was wrapped in insulation and that is hazardous especially a transplant person and i am a lung transplant recipient

  Just to clarify here, the packaging was NOT insulation that is hazardous to your health. It is food grade packaging that comes with the Factor meals that I get every week. This item was very delicate and could have easily been broken in shipping; I wanted to make sure it had the right material to keep it safe and still be affordable shipping wise.
