    Item was received exactly as described, with fast shipping and great communication from the seller. My only complaint is that the bike didn’t come with assembly instructions, though that appears to be a manufacturer issue rather than the seller’s fault. The listing did clearly state that the bike should be assembled by a professional, but it seems unnecessary if you already have the tools and ability to do it yourself.

    Sold bike locally according to girl in the store who answered the phone when I called the number in the listing to find out why they canceled, then listed it was canceled for another reason on Ebay later that day. Not cool to make offers to buyers and not stand behind the offer, manipulate the system to protect their rep. Very disappointed in how this was handled.
