    The item description was incorrect in several areas. One corner of the doll's mouth cleaned and the other turned out to be an in-depth stain. I inquired for a discount, the seller offered only an uncertain return - unfortunately after having started the cleaning the condition of a returned item becomes questionable. Overall the purchase experience was not what I would have expected.
