    Buyer asked to cancel the order before shipment. We canceled the order per the buyers request. Why we would receive neutral feedback is so confusing and frustrating. eBay needs to do a better job of screening feedback comments and their validity. We have been selling on eBay since 2006 and have been in business since 1998. Customer service and dedication to quality and communication for our great customers is our priority.
