  Item arrived in a good condition. Well packaged and acter set up everything seems working. There is a small issue as Spectrum customer service told me that this router is related to another account that was blocked or canceled...and they may lock this router in the future too...But it s Ok since it is working great for now...and way cheaper than paying $10 for their monthly wifi service lease for the same item ($120/year!!). Thanks
