    The seller used YODEL to deliver my purchase. I received an email from them saying they had delivered to the required store for collection. I drove the store but my item had not arrived. Contacted Yodel - they promised to have my purchase deliver "within 24 hours" still nothing. Contacted Yodel again to be told the item had not yet been put out for delivery! They assured me it would be done right away - still nothing. Very poor service from YODEL.
