  This was a direct replacement for existing scanner which was 30 years old. Item was well packed and in good condition. Missing the cord from the scanner to the computer, but I used one I had. Plug it in and it worked with the existing installed software . Very satisfied with the total process. I’d give it 4.5 stars out of 5 because of the missing cord. 😁
