I found that it was not available for this TV. I must say that a Smart TV marketed for the UK would have had these most used apps available. The TV was purchase for use in our caravan and signal reception is not always possible. So, the alterative would be to watch the above-mentioned Apps on the internet via our mobile phone. I am very disappointed
