I received the radio all broke to heck it was not the shippers fault but you are asking me to rate my experience will it sure wasn't positive but I definitely would do business with Tom again as I have never had any problem the problem is the post office he said I could file a claim but it would take 2 months to get my money back I told the postal employee the government must need it worse than I do maybe they can send a few more bombs over to the Middle East are paid for some more illegal alien
