    I've been on eBay since 2002 and this has been by far my best experience as a buyer. I live in the Dominican Republic and have my purchases shipped to a courier in Miami who then ships it to me. I purchased a laptop and it was DOA (my guess is the long trip). My return was honored as a discount of the full price after eBay closed the case and they received tha laptop months later due to being sent from the DR. Wow...what honesty and customer service. Mil gracias!!!
