    Purchased because it was an open box.New condition. When I tried to install it and I was unable to.Centurylink contacted. When he got here, everything was good with the DSL line.He found modem was used, it had a ID and password associated with it.He cleared it and it connected. I am now stuck with a $95 service call since it was the modem. Ebay will be collecting this from seller and I will return it. Buyers beware. Very dishonest. Never responded to message even when Ebay tried to get response
