Item was not as described & couldn't even be used for intended purpose, which was to wear! Seller denied this & refused to allow me to return, I had to ask eBay to step in. I knew the boots were used & I didn't mind that there were water spots, that weren't mentioned in description. However, the heel had an uneven wear pattern that was so severe that it felt like standing on uneven ground & I couldn't walk in them because they caused wobbling due to severe deformity of the heel from uneven wear

Seller DIDN'T deny or refused return. Buyer requested Ebay to step in as in the message the buyer sent to seller. Seller listed all sides of the items in photos and gave good description. Buyer didn't look at photos or ask questions before making purchase of the item that was listed as NO Returns. Buyer chose to make the purchase and used item not as describe or shown for a return Without contacting seller for a resolution.

Seller DISHONEST in reply to feedback. I requested a return (which was the only acceptable resolution, as soles of boots are deformed from uneven wear) seller replied that item was as described so that left me no choice but to wait to ask eBay to step in. Seller claims that I didn't look at photos before purchasing, which is also DISHONEST, I looked at photos CLOSELY. Seller took photos in a way as to hide wear. Seller has re-listed boots with better photos that CLEARLY show uneven wear pattern.
