  Avoid this seller at all costs. Bought a PAX A920 Pro listed as "unlocked" with clean, generic photos. Received a scratched, locked unit with a SpotOn label and deep cuts (see pic). Seller admitted using “very old” photos, shrugged off the damage, offered a $10 refund, then ignored multiple return requests until I opened an eBay case. After return, he denied the damage, blamed me, and acted smug. Misleading, rude, unprofessional, and arrogant. 95% feedback is generous. Total scammy experience.

  LONG story - all LIES ! no damage and not locked. He knows how to trick the system for a RETURN saying item was deflective and eBay lets him get away with it. I am very proud of all my sales on eBay (over 20 years) and over 10,000 happy buyers (only 30% bother with feedbacks). I will complain to eBay about this un-deserved feedback !

  Missed cable and power cord eBay just send me find nothing with order that was the answer without checking the facts. I called the seller and he immediately send me email and I send the picture he send me the missing item in few days. ***** 5STAR to the seller. Not the EBay though they failed to check the facts.
