Click the Contact link on the buyer's profile page.
 
 
If it’s been more than 4 calendar days since the purchase date you can cancel the order in My eBay Sold or in Orders in Seller Hub. Find the order you want to cancel, and from More actions, select Cancel this order. You'll see Buyer hasn’t paid as a reason if the order is eligible.
 
For an active auction-style listing, you can agree to let the buyer cancel the bid. If the listing already ended, you may be able to cancel the order in My eBay or in Seller Hub.
 
For an active listing, end your listing early. If the listing has ended, you may be able to cancel the order in the Sold section in My eBay or in Seller Hub.
