Embargoed Goods And Prohibited Countries
The sale of certain types of items is prohibited to particular countries under Philippine law.
eBay Philippines has also decided to adopt the “Embargoed goods and prohibited countries” policy of eBay.com in regard to embargoed goods and trade with prohibited countries. Various US agencies have sanctions in place that substantially regulate or ban all trade with particular countries (including Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Syria and the Crimea, Donetsk People's Republic (DNR), and Luhansk People's Republic (LNR) regions of Ukraine (as defined under applicable sanctions)). eBay doesn’t allow the sale of embargoed (restricted) items from those countries.
US Federal agencies have also banned or regulated trade between US persons and certain organisations, businesses and individuals. eBay does not allow those organisations, businesses or individuals to use our service.
Buyers and sellers posting internationally should periodically review current information about which countries may be affected by sanctions enforced by Philippine Customs and/or the Office of Foreign Assets Control of the US Department of the Treasury. See Additional Information below for more details about laws governing such trades.
The items must still meet all eBay policy guidelines.
Violations of this policy may result in a range of actions, including:

Why does eBay have this policy?
eBay urges its sellers and buyers to comply with all governmental laws and regulations. Since the sale of embargoed items is prohibited under United States law and the sale of certain items is prohibited to certain countries under Philippine law, sellers may not list them on eBay.
