The first release in Disney Interactive's Imagineering brand, this game offers players a chance to design, create, and take a spin on their own Disney-styled amusement park ride, all in real-time rendered 3D. Developed to appeal to true roller-coaster aficionados, the game uses a realistic physics model that defines design restrictions for an authentic experience. <br><br>The game's Mission Mode challenges players to create rides that meet certain criteria, such as a minimum G-force rating or a certain number of loops-de-loop. The Free Form Mode imposes no such mission goals and designers are limited only by the laws of physics and their own imaginations. When players have created a coaster that they are proud enough to share, a special feature allows virtual engineers to send their coaster designs to other Ultimate Ride players by e-mail, or to post their work at the game's official website for all to enjoy.
