The Traxxas Velineon VXL-3S brushless motor features a high-temperature neodymium magnet and delivers efficient, powerful, high-torque output in 1/10th scale vehicles. The motor's high-speed ball bearings and precision-balanced rotor are designed to produce less friction and extend the natural life of the system, nearly eliminating the need for maintenance. The VXL-3S motor accepts a wide range of battery packs, from 4-cell nickel-metal hydride to nickel-cadmium to lithium polymer. It is also designed to withstand the natural elements, including mud, snow, rain, and puddles.
