The mysterious force known as Gaia permeates the world. While some possess great ability to wield Gaia to produce wondrous and useful displays of magic, others have turned it to their own dark ends. It is up to El and the other Gaia masters she befriends along the way to right a world that seems to be veering out of their control. Monsters activity and aggressiveness is rising, but who or what is driving their plans?<br><br>Revelations: The Demon Slayer is a rather unique role playing game on the Game Boy Color. You not only fight the monsters you encounter, but you can actually negotiate with them. If all goes well, you can talk them out of fighting with you, or even get them to join your quest. (That can be very useful too since other monsters of the same type will be more willing to leave you alone if one of their own is already traveling with you.) Another interesting feature is the ability to fuse two monsters into a new potentially more powerful monster.<br><br>When you've gained a monster you like, you can then summon it into battle with you. They won't gain experience, but additional hitting power and bodies for the other monsters to target in a fight will always be useful in a pinch. When the world's in peril, the answer's simple, just summon up a demon or two to help you! Just don't say the wrong thing, or you'll likely be in traction instead.
