For instance, the 49ers feature the likes of Joe Montana, Jerry Rice, Steve Young, Tom Rathman, Roger Craig, John Taylor, and Dwight Clark. Meanwhile, the Cowboys are equipped with Troy Aikman, Roger Staubach, Emmitt Smith, Tony Dorsett, Michael Irvin, and Tony Hill. <br><br>As coach, you do not have actual control over your team's execution.
