When fighting enemies, you're assisted by a fire team of NPC Spartans who can react dynamically to events without needing any player input. However, if you need to control a team member, you can give them limited orders using the Xbox One controller. Fire team members provide both context-dependent commentary and scripted mission dialogue for unique and compelling chatter during combat. In cooperative play, other players assume control of the different fire time members, each of which has their own distinct attributes. The co-op mode allows players to seamlessly drop in and drop out of the game whenever they want.The multiplayer mode in this edition includes everything from the intense 24-player Warzone to the smaller 4-vs-4 competitive Arena mode. Good play earns Requisition points, which you can use to upgrade your gear and weapons. Invite some friends to play online or join up with strangers from around the world. Fifteen intricately designed maps come pre-loaded, all of which you will need to learn the layout of in order to master.
