The Allen-Bradley 1747-L552 Processor/Controller is part of Allen-Bradley's SLC5/05 line of processors. It supports up to 64 K of user-memory backup in the C series. When you obtain your 1747-L552, and it's time to program a memory module, set the memory module configuration (S: 1/10 to S: 1/12) in your offline program file, download your program file to the computer, then go online with the processor and burn the program to the EEPROM memory module. The 1747-L552 supports a power supply loading of 1.000 maximum current at 5V DC. It also supports a maximum of 48 connections, allowing simultaneous communication with up to 48 devices or applications.
