Extremely large. The picture on site was misleading. I can not use this coat and I am very dissatisfied.

First of all, I described it as OVERSIZED vest! I called it unisex even though it was under women's wear on their website (Uniqlo) and provided the measurements in my description plus, detailed photos with the tape measure on the garment to show the actual number to prevent any confusion, also suggested to be called it men's large from my personal opinion.
I have tried my best I could to deliver clear information but, what have I done wrong here to earn negative feedback? I dont get this...
