Really sorry, the fluff is nature of this type of coat. We posted your item the very next day which can be seen from tracking, it took Royalmail 10 days to deliver your item (item was in Royalmali process for whole 10 days) which is shameful, really dissapointed with the service as we paid for Tracked 48. It is beyond our control. Sorry about this!

The item was a scam, it did not match the description. The listing used official photos and said that it was going to be an official jelly cat product. When it arrived it was clearly a knock off. They did refund my purchase however I was so excited for it to arrive and was extremely disappointed with what came. I feel robbed of my time and my trust in online sellers.

everything of this buyer is Doggy, blocked her straghtaway, fraudulent buyer should be banned permanently. Leaving neg for shamful purpose, won bidding for display item, used our photos and video saying it doesn't match when tag and all details clearly displayed. We are UK VAT registered reputable business for many many years and only deal with official items. We are also dealing with insolvency jobs with Lawyers &big name law firms, everything with official documents. Competitors stay away.
