Although the transaction, shipping and time were all fine, the item was a piece of junk, in no way worth almost $16. plus shipping. The quality of the fabric and color printing were cheap and cheap-looking. I'll keep it, because it would be too much time and trouble -- plus the mailing cost -- to send it back, but probably donate it somewhere. A real disappointment as well as a ripoff. I was unhappy that I had to award it any stars

It would have been nice to be given a chance to rectify the situation before leaving me negative feedback. this item is one of my best sellers so I am very surprised at your reaction.
