The pads will need replacing, not very expensive to do. Has some scratches and a couple of pits and a bit of tarnishing. Case is old and shows lots of wear. The handle is broken, the latches work, it says Artley as well on it, but on the top and bottom where the stiching is the brown material has flaked/torn away. Comes as shown in the pics.”
