We have attempted to see what we could go do for this buyer as to why they left this rating and we have not received a response. It was delivered on time and one can see by our feedback this is a very high quality smoke fluid and suggestions made to the buyer should have made this product work very well unless they did not have a working electric model train smoke fluid unit in their engine. We are here to work with buyers if they have a problem, but this buyer is not responding.
