Label was paid for, printed and item was taken to the post office within the delivery timeframe required. As soon as we were notified that it was not received, we sent out a new one in less than 24 hours and included free decals due to the issue. We mailed the item timely, and this seems to be an isolated postal issue. We asked for the negative feedback to be removed and while the buyer agreed to do so, it is still here. We've never had an issue with our shipping previously.
