Worst experience ever. Seller did not believe that the item didn’t work and instructions were missing. Seller was very rude in his replies. I still haven’t received the partial only 5 dollars (only 25% of what I spent). When I asked him to return he never gave me return label to return the item. This is my last purchase from ebay. I will be happy to talk someone

Physical damage is not covered by any warranty. Technical Support and help is FOREVER but you have to reach out to us to get help! :-) The info is inside your item and we also emailed you several times. You can also very easily google us and find out toll free number - ALSO PRINTED ON THE BOX which is 888-403-5668. I am sure if you actually reach out it will go way way better!
