The holes for bolts behind nuts were not drilled, so I had to drill them, not a big deal, altough got to be careful not to destroy the nut in the process. Both double sided tape and foam tape were missing from the package, but were referenced in instructions, had to make a trip to local store. The bolts included in the package were not long enough for my 08 trunk, had to buy 2x 40mm + 2x 50mm. Sits well, overall experience is good, as long as you are ready to put some extra work into it.
