I have never left negative feedback before, I don't take it lightly, but I received a defective item...was told to return it at my expense (to Scotland). Feedback shows a return without a refund for another customer...won't be doing that. I would be willing to return it at my expense if I just didn't like it, but defective??? Very dissatisfied.
